After one-quarter of the season, the to-do list is swelling.
Concern #1: Aaron Rodgers’ health. It’s a testament to how well Rodgers has played that fans are pinning their hopes on his good health, given that he has completed only three full NFL games. This crisis is the entirely predictable consequence of the decision not to sign an experienced backup — predictable to everyone, apparently, outside of the Packers’ front office. The last seventh-round pick to start as a rookie was, I think, Tony Graziani of the Falcons in 1997. His passer rating? A quite extraordinary 3.7. (No, you didn’t misread that.)
