Favre expected to submit letter of reinstatement to NFL today

Rodgers has waited for 3 years, done all the right things publicly and, a side from his comments a few weeks back, said all the right things from day 1. He has progressed as a player and as a person. . As my friend Chris of Packers Therapy is fond of saying, ‘when it ends, it never ends well’. In March, the Green Bay Packers thought they had dodged that occurrence with the “retirement” of Brett Favre. At that press conference in Green Bay, an emotional Favre noted that, while he felt he could still play, he had nothing left to give to the game. Of course, Favre had danced around retirement for the last several years and had always come back to play. Given that he actually took the step this time to “officially” announce his retirement, there was no reason other than wishful thinking for anyone not to take him at his word. Full Story
. This whole thing is seriously getting out of control. Once again, we have a divided fan base over something that essentially has yet to even take place. Here is what we KNOW. Mortenson broke the other day that Brett had the itch to return. In my opinion that is totally normal. I think we can all agree that everyone across the world expected these feelings. Al Harris agrees and confirms that Brett said that. Al really should of not said anything. It would of been better off that way but he did and there is nothing we can do about it.
