I hope this latest story is not true but as we all know where there is smoke there is some fire and Jay Glazer usually does not report stuff that he determines has no credibility. I believe Fox Sports, as much as they like Favre, would not have allowed this if Glazer had not been able to have something to show he had the goods.
My viewpoint is clear. IF and IF this is true it does not bode well for Mr. Favre and his legacy in Green Bay. He is and always will be one of the best to play in Green and Gold.
But I see a few things here;
1. Whether you like or dislike what happened between Favre and Green Bay neither party was innocent…PERIOD.
2. If this is true, I believe the Packer Organization needs to re-evaluate there future partnership and relationship with Favre, whether it impacts the Packer HOF, The Ring of Honor, the retirement package or the retiring of his number.
